The Korea-Africa Foundation, together with the Korea International Trade Association (KITA), the South Africa Chamber of Commerce in Korea (SAFCHAM), and Absa, hosted the "South Africa-Korea Business Forum" in Johannesburg, South Africa on Thursday, October 30.

In his congratulatory remarks at the forum, Ambassador Kam woon-an, Vice President of the Korea-Africa Foundation, stated that Korea is realizing its future-oriented cooperation vision with Africa, emphasizing the complementary partnership between the two countries' technology and market potential, viewing South Africa as a pivotal gateway to the African continent. He also expressed his hope that the discussions would lead to tangible outcomes, such as practical deals and mutual growth, urging the business leaders present to actively forge new partnerships.
